We aim to:

• Engage suppliers and contractors who are equally committed to building a sustainable future through a balance of environmental, social, economic and cultural factors. Where possible, priority will be given to organisations who are Supply Nation registered
• Acknowledge Perth Traditional Owners, elders past and present where appropriate including Welcome to Country and acknowledgements
• Donate excess catering and merchandise to registered charitable organisations, community groups or local schools
• Source merchandise items that have an extended life (not a one-time use) are recyclable, made from sustainable and/or recycled materials.
• Collaborate with the Local chairty organisation(s) for event tasks and donation opportunities
• Minimise event waste and the use of one-time paper/printing by going digital wherever possible.
