The BIC National Conference 2025 (BNC25) is being held at the Crown Perth in Western Australia from 29 to 31 October 2025. The conference is geared to industry executives, senior managers and government representatives alike, however, all interested parties within and supporting the sector are welcome to attend.
BNC25 provides BIC Members, government representatives and the greater industry, with an opportunity to come together to network and hear about National and International issues within the Bus and Coach Industry. The Conference is open to the entirety of the bus and coach industry.

Member rates
To qualify for the BIC Member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria:
- A current financial Bus and/or Coach Operator Member of the BIC or APTIA
- A current financial Manufacturer or Supplier Member of the BIC
**To qualify for the Association Member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria and evidence may be requested:
- A current financial Member of QBIC, BusNSW, TasBus, BusSA or BusWA
- A current Bus and/or Coach Operator financial Member of an International/non-Australian Passenger Transport Association.
