Jarek joined the Westpac Group as a Senior Economist in 2021. He works across several businesses, including St.George Bank, Westpac Business Bank, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA, and BT. Jarek covers a range of topics and provides insights on the economy. This includes analysis and reporting of current economic conditions and the economic outlook. Prior to this, Jarek worked for The Treasury in Canberra for over eight years, where he specialised in tax and macroeconomic analysis and forecasting, and banking and financial system policy. Jarek holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Finance double degree from the University of Adelaide.

For the past 6 years David Eason has been the Sales Director for Trapeze Group in the ANZ Bus business. He is passionate about helping public transport organisations achieve intelligent transport and SMART mobility objectives through innovative passenger-focused solutions. David is an expert across a variety of commercial environments and has worked in multiple vertical markets and has extensive knowledge of how tailor-made technology can be used to improve transport operations.

Chris Sant is a Principal in Ryan's Indirect Tax team, based in Sydney, Australia. Chris has helped over 25 bus operators with complying with the current road user system, which is administered through the Fuel Tax Credit system. With bus operators rapidly moving away from ICE vehicles, Chris is helping operators with understanding their potential costs under the proposed road user system (i.e. direct road pricing).

John is the Chair of the NSW Bus Industry Taskforce. This is a group including representatives of the community, local government, trade unions and employers. John has extensive experience in the private and public sectors, in multiple sectors including tourism, transport, innovation, and sport. He has extensive experience in the bus industry having been MD of two private bus companies as well as CEO of the State Transit Authority. John is recognised for his leadership skills, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills.
