The 2023 Bus Industry Summit is being held at the Hotel Realm, Canberra on 21 to 22 March 2023.

The 2023 Summit provides BIC Members, Government representatives and the greater industry, with a platform to come together to network and hear about National Heavy Vehicle Law, Zero Emissions Busses and Environmental and Social Governance. The Summit will have concurrent sessions on technical issues, Industrial Relations, and workforce on day 2.

The Summit is open to the whole of the bus and coach industry. Registrations closed midnight, 3 March 2023.

Group registrations:
 4+ delegates from the same organisation, registering and paying together are eligible for our group discount.

One-day registrations: Email us for more information events@bic.asn.au. Please note that 1-day registrations exclude tickets to any social functions.

Early birds closed midnight, 31 January 2023 (AEST) and must be paid for in full by this date.

All pricing is inclusive of GST and are based on one person.

Member rate

To qualify for the Member discount on your registration, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria:

  • A current Bus and/or Coach Operator Member of the BIC, APTIA, QBIC, BusNSW, TasBus, BusSA or BusWA
  • A current Bus and/or Coach Operator Member of an International/non-Australian Passenger Transport Association
  • A current Manufacturer or Supplier Member of the BIC.
