Kirsten is the National Industrial Relations Manager for the Bus Industry Confederation. At the same time, Kirsten heads up the Australian Public Transport Industrial Association (APTIA), which is the industrial arm of BIC. Kirsten has almost 15 years’ experience in people leadership roles across multiple industries. Notably, 7 years across the bus and passenger transport industry. Kirsten holds a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University, a Master of Human Resource Management (Employee Relations) and Bachelor of Management (Psychology). Kirsten is also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and former State President and Councillor of the NT AHRI Council.

Ms Ingrid Asbury is a Vice President of the Fair Work Commission and the Chairperson of the Northern Territory Police Arbitral Tribunal. Prior to her appointment as Vice President in 2023, Ms Asbury was a Deputy President of the Commission from 2013. Ms Asbury was appointed Commissioner of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission in 2000 and has been a Member of the Fair Work Commission and its predecessors since 2001. Prior to her appointment to the QIRC, Ms Asbury was the National Industry Group Manager for the Australian Industry Group.

His background as a Carpenter makes him a practical and pragmatic leader with an ability to relate to a wide range of people and take a solution focused approach to complex problems.

Clea Smith joined Tradeswomen Australia as CEO in 2024. Clea was formally an Australian cricketer, General Manager at the Australian Cricketers' Association and is currently a Director on the board of Cricket Australia. Clea has advocated for gender equality in each of these roles and has seen transformational change for female athletes on and off the field.
Clea is transferring her skills and experience in sport to her role at Tradeswomen Australia to increase the number of women succeeding in male dominated trades.
Clea has held previous leadership roles as CEO at The Mind Room and Social Enterprise Network Victoria (SENVIC). She has an MBA (2019) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport Coaching and Administration (1999).
