Pricing and inclusions (per person)

• Early bird rego's close midnight, 30 June 2026 (AEST) and must be paid for in full by this date. Unpaid rego's will be auto-updated to the standard price
  

• Standard rego's close midnight, 30 September 2026 (AEST) and must be paid in full by this date. Unpaid rego's will be auto-updated to the late price

• Late rego's received from 1 October 2026 are subject to availability, an increased price and may be wait listed for social functions.
