The 2026 BIC National Conference (BNC26) is being held on Hamilton Island from 15-17 November 2026. The conference open to all and geared to Bus and Coach industry executives, senior managers and government representatives.

BNC26 provides it's delegates with an opportunity to come together to network and hear about National and International issues within the Bus and Coach Industry. 

Pricing and inclusions (per person)

• Early bird rego's close midnight, 30 June 2026 (AEST) and must be paid for in full by this date. Unpaid rego's will be auto-updated to the standard price
  

• Standard rego's close midnight, 30 September 2026 (AEST) and must be paid in full by this date. Unpaid rego's will be auto-updated to the late price

• Late rego's received from 1 October 2026 are subject to availability, an increased price and may be wait listed for social functions.
