All pricing is inclusive of GST and are based on one person. Additional credit card fees may apply. See the Conference T&C's for more detail.  All registration Invoices must be paid in full by these dates as unpaid rego's will be auto-updated to the standard or late pricing.

Member rates

To qualify for the BIC Member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria:

  • A current financial Member of the BIC or APTIA

**To qualify for the Association Member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria and evidence may be requested:

  • A current financial Member of QBIC, BusNSW, BusVIC, TasBus, BusSA or BusWA

  • A current Bus and/or Coach Operator financial Member of an International/non-Australian Passenger Transport Association.
