David Eason is Head of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) at Trapeze which provides enterprise technology solutions built specifically for public transport. Trapeze has a suite of ITS solutions for bus, tram, light rail, and ferry networks. This technology transforms the ways services are delivered by operators, enhances the passenger experience, and enables authorities to plan, schedule, operate, and analyse their multimodal networks.

Ben Cosier has over 20 years specialising in critical two-way communications, systems integration, and leveraging technology to improve operational outcomes.

Patrice Scerri is the Executive General Manager – Safety & Sustainability at Ventura, Victoria’s largest bus operator. With experience across transport, mining, fire engineering, high-performing safety systems, and risk management, she leads Ventura’s safety and sustainability strategy. Patrice drives continuous improvement in workplace safety, road safety, operational risk, and compliance, while fostering a proactive safety culture across Ventura’s 1,800+ workforce. She is passionate about early intervention and embedding safer behaviours throughout the organisation. Patrice also leads sustainability initiatives supporting Ventura’s commitment to cleaner, more environmentally responsible public transport for millions of Victorian customers each year.

Shane leads business development for INIT across Australia and New Zealand, where he has spent the past three years working with bus operators and transport agencies to deliver INIT’s intelligent transport systems. He brings a commercial and operational perspective to INIT’s global R&D in autonomous and demand responsive transport, translating emerging technology into practical outcomes for the ANZ market.

Belinda Ralston is the Chief Product Officer of tikpay, a pioneering transit fintech disrupting traditional transport ticketing. A multi-talented software engineer turned product manager, she brings over 15 years of experience building SaaS products and leading strategic development. At tikpay, Belinda directs the product vision for cloud-native, account-based ticketing (ABT) infrastructure. Her work focuses on modernising bus operations by transitioning fleets from legacy systems to flexible, cashless environments. By orchestrating open-loop EMV card acceptance alongside closed-loop options, she helps operators eliminate cash friction, decrease boarding times, and significantly reduce overall ticketing costs.
