Dean Moule is the National Technical Manager for the Bus Industry Confederation (BIC). Dean has 40 years’ of experience in the automotive industry, specifically specialising in buses. His manufacturing, service, engineering and product development experience stems from his time at Ansair (former bus bodybuilder), Mercedes-Benz Bus and Volvo Buses.
Dean spent 11 years focusing on electromobility – hybrid and full electric – including developing training, chassis and body design, product introductions and specifications. During his tenure at Volvo Buses, he was the Director of Product and Electromobility, which involved the global launch of the BZL Electric City Bus in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Dean previously assisted the Bus Industry Confederation between 2014-2020, liaising on new legislation and industry initiatives such as thermal safety protection

Paul is Senior Manager, Renewable Solutions at RACV Commercial Energy Solutions, where he leads the strategy, design, and deployment of large-scale renewable energy technologies for commercial, retail, and transport sector clients across Australia. His remit spans EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage, on-site solar generation, and integrated clean-energy systems. Drawing on RACV's operational experience managing live EV charging networks and battery assets, Paul brings a practitioner's perspective to fleet electrification. He advises organisations on charger selection and deployment models, network utilisation, demand management, and the commercial mechanics of using behind-the-meter assets to reduce peak charges and create new revenue streams.

Jack Kotlyar is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the energy sector. As Head of Green Transport at EnergyAustralia, he is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to decarbonise the transport sector by identifying and scaling products and services for EnergyAustralia's Green Transport offerings. His team focuses on large-scale fleet and depot electrification, as well as expanding public charging networks to support the transition to electric mobility.
