Paul is Senior Manager, Renewable Solutions at RACV Commercial Energy Solutions, where he leads the strategy, design, and deployment of large-scale renewable energy technologies for commercial, retail, and transport sector clients across Australia. His remit spans EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage, on-site solar generation, and integrated clean-energy systems. Drawing on RACV's operational experience managing live EV charging networks and battery assets, Paul brings a practitioner's perspective to fleet electrification. He advises organisations on charger selection and deployment models, network utilisation, demand management, and the commercial mechanics of using behind-the-meter assets to reduce peak charges and create new revenue streams.

Chris Wolf is one of Australia’s most experienced bus industry leaders, with more than 40 years of experience and deep expertise in fleet maintenance, asset management, service delivery, client partnership, and safety leadership. Today, Chris leads Busways’ asset and safety functions, overseeing more than 1,350 buses and 20 bus depots and workshops facilities. Chris has played a key role in the industry’s most significant operational and infrastructure transformations including most recently the transition to zero-emission bus fleets. Known for his pragmatic approach and deep operational knowledge, Chris is passionate about building capability, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.
