Group Bookings

The direct Crown booking links above allows up to six (6) rooms to be booked in a group.  If you require a group booking with more than six (6) rooms, please email the Crown Perth Group Reservations team directly at groupreservations@crownperth.com.au.

Booking Conditions

• The above rates are available exclusively online using the BNC25 booking link(s). The rates are available for stays between Tuesday 28th October to Friday 31st October 2025 inclusive.

• The BNC25 booking links will remain open until Tuesday 21st October 2025, after this time the groups rates will no longer be available. Bookings outside of the main group dates may be available, subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate.

• Credit card details will be required when making reservations, however, please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time. Kindly refer to the check in policy for each hotel for important payment and bond information.

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. This does not constitute payment. Payment in full is required for all accommodation upon check in (if not prepaid in advance). Prepayment of accommodation will only be accepted three full days or more prior to check in date. To prepay, please call the Reservations team on 1800 808 878 to arrange.

Cancellation Policy

• Please note a charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.

• Kindly note that the rates provided are exclusively available online, please ensure that attendees are provided the web links and directed to book online to secure the group rates. 

• The links will remain open until 7 days prior to your groups arrival (Tuesday, 21st October 2025), after this time your group rate will no longer be available. 

• As guests are paying their own account credit card details will be required when making reservations. Please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time instead guests will be required to present their credit card and/or make the payment upon check in.

• A discounted breakfast rate at each hotel’s applicable restaurant has been offered for the group on consumption should they choose to dine for breakfast. This is noted on each link and for which restaurant it applies.
