  • Standard registrations close midnight, 30 September 2025 (AEST) and must be paid in full by this date. Unpaid registrations will be auto updated to the late price

  • Late registrations received from 1 October 2025 subject to availability, increased price and may be wait-listed for social functions.

Group registrations
4+ delegates from the same organisation, registering (as a full delegate) and paying together are eligible for our group discount (-$100pp off the standard registration price).

Member rates

To qualify for the BIC member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria:

  • A current financial Bus and/or Coach Operator Member of the BIC or APTIA
  • A current financial Manufacturer or Supplier Member of the BIC

**To qualify for the Association Member discounted rates, your organisation must meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria evidence may be requested):

  • A current financial member of QBIC, BusNSW, TasBus, BusSA or BusWA
  • A current bus and/or coach operator financial member of an international/non-Australian passenger transport Association.
